INGREDIENTS
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Canada West Maple Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Oat Milk (or other milk alternative suitable for baking)
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Stir in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Heat a griddle or pan to medium-high heat.
Use a small amount of vegan butter in the pan. Pour approx 1/4 of batter into the hot pan and flip when bubbles appear.
