Maple sugar is made from the slow boiling and mixing of 100% pure Northern Ontario maple syrup.
Water is boiled out of the syrup until only the fine grains of natural sugar remain.

 

Add 100% pure maple sugar to your tea or baking for a pleasant maple flavour. Other delicious uses include rubs for cedar plank salmon and ribs, or to dress your favourite roasted vegetables.
